dakolor ("dakolor", "we", "us" or "our"), an Orangedox Product provided to you by Orangedox Media Inc., is committed to protecting the privacy of personal information (i.e. any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person) who visit the https://www.dakolor.com or https://dakolor.com website and dakolor mobile software application (collectively, the "Site") and use the services available thereon (the "Services"). Amendments to this Privacy Policy will be posted to the Site and/or Services and will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site and/or Services following the posting of any amendment to this Privacy Policy shall constitute your acceptance of such amendment.
We may collect and store the following information when running the dakolor Service:
When you connect a Cloud Storage Account ("Cloud Account") to our Services, we collect the following information from your Cloud Account: your account number, name, country and email. Examples of Cloud Accounts could be Google, Dropbox or Youtube.
dakolor allows you to post files ("Posted Files") found on your Cloud Account which will be stored on our Services. Posted Files include digital negatives, images and videos and may be expanded to include other file or media types in the future. All Posted Files or media will be made publically available by our Services.
We also use "cookies" to collect information and improve our Services. A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your Device. We may use "persistent cookies" to save your registration ID and login password for future logins to the Service. We may use "session ID cookies" to enable certain features of the Service, to better understand how you interact with the Service and to monitor aggregate usage and web traffic routing on the Service. You can instruct your browser, by changing its options, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the websites you visit. If you do not accept cookies, however, you may not be able to use all aspects of the Service.
In the course of using the Service, we may collect personal information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Information"). We will provide the requested information to you in your email address in response.
We may also use your personal information to generate Aggregated Data for internal use and for sharing with others on a selective basis. "Aggregated Data" means records which have been stripped of information potentially identifying users, and which have been manipulated or combined to provide generalized, anonymous information. Your identity and personal information will be kept anonymous in Aggregated Data.
The Site and/or Services may contain links to other sites and we are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of linked sites. Their privacy policies and practices differ from our policies and practices.
We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way.
